Winemaking: 18 years old vines. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in tanks. 7 g/l dosage.
Tasting notes: Rich, refined and balanced bouquet, reminiscent of wild flowers and Granny Smith apple. Dry, full, savoury and inviting on the palate with hints of apricot and pear. Leaves a pleasant almond aftertaste.
