Nathan is crafted with the same philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum expression of terroir. Make from carefully selected white grape varieties grown on the family's terraced vineyards, vinified to highlight freshness, aromatic intensity, and the distinctive mineral character imparted by the alpine soils.
It offer a slightly richer texture and more pronounced fruit character than the ethereal Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle, while still maintaining the hallmark freshness and elegance that defines all Pavese Ermes wines.
Winemaking: Grapes with stem are aged in French oak for one year. Warm, smooth, fragrant, and mineral with toasted notes.
